These are different for me but it is all about loosening up.
My first priority with art is to share the beauty of art and also to share the benefits of creating art. Personally I find art to be my best friend and self help therapy for many issues. Being in the NOW state of mind, when using the right side of the brain (the artistic side), helps to relieve stress, anxiety, mania and depression. I am sure there are probably many more benefits for others' but I can only speak of ones I personally know about.
I have got to admit, I have become a social media junky. It is a great platform to show off my art. So I thought I would take this opportunity to share the sites I find are very useful. my work can be seen on the following sites: Facebook, Twitter, MeeWork (similar to FB but only for artists), Pinterest, Google+, Tumblr,
Flickr, Society6, Redbubble, Fine Art America, Paintings I Love and of course Colour In Your Life.
With this variety I now have friends and followers all over the world which is mind blowing but fun.
Here is a sneak peak of some work of mine you will see if you visit the Stationmaster's Art Gallery, Strathalbyn, South Australia, in the Sala exhibition, during the month of August. Most of these were created on the iPad.
